Atkins Diet Recipe: Nachos and Mexican Dip – Easy Low Carb Snacks (IF)

Brett is celebrating hitting his goal weight with some examples of his easy low carb snack recipes — low carb pork rind nachos and Mexican dip recipes. He has lost 52 pounds in 5 months to reach his goal. He is 6’5″ or 6’6″ tall (keeps growing) and now weighs 225. He has decided to move on to focusing on athletic goals now (running a half marathon and getting stronger) than simply scale weight. These are a couple snacks he’ll often have after school.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp hot sauce (Cholula preferred)
1/2 to 1 tsp taco seasoning or Mrs. Dash seasoning
Serves 8-12 people (1-2 tbsp per person).
