In partnership with FaveDiets (http://www.favediets.com/snacks ), I wanted to continue my series of side dishes and snacks by making this long time favorite. It may not exactly look like popcorn, but it has that same salty snack taste and feel of it. The browning of the cauliflower (carmelization) really adds to the flavor and sweetness of it. You can burn it, but it takes a long time before it becomes unpalatable. I am sure you guys will love this recipe!
1 1/2 heads cauliflower (6 cups)
1/4 cup oil (coconut oil preferred)
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp salt free seasoning, optional
Makes 4 servings.
