Atkins Diet Recipes: Low Carb Thousand Island Salad Dressing

In partnership with FaveDiets ( ) recipe, I wanted to give another option to the low carb salad dressing world. When I typically eat salads, I usually use Ranch or Caesar, but Blue Cheese is also another common option. One of my wife’s favorite dressing is however Thousand Island dressing, which is often pretty high carb — the commercial ones I have seen were between 5g and 9g per 2 tbsp serving.

This recipe was also important to make due to my upcoming secret video — although I have let the cat out of the bag to my facebook followers.

Low Carb Thousand Island Salad Dressing Ingredients
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Low Carb Ketchup
2 tbsp Sugar Free Sweet Pickle Relish
1/2 tsp Onion powder
Dash Salt
Dash Garlic powder

Nutrition Info per Serving (2 tbsp)
133 Calories, 14g Fat, 1.2 Total Carbs, .4g Protein
