Even better, is that this fried cauliflower rice can be made into an entire meal by simply adding some meat to this low carb recipe and making enough for the family! This fried cauliflower rice is a take on the classic Japanese fried rice. It is the same principle except this is a keto recipe or low carb recipe which you can use in your low car lifestyle. This Low carb fried rice tastes just as good (if not better), contains very few carbs and you are getting a ton of micronutrients from the cauliflower in this keto fried rice recipe. Such a healthy option!

Ingredients:
1 Medium head of Cauliflower
1/2 diced Onion
1/2 cup (roughly 120g / 4.23oz) diced Carrots (frozen works perfectly)
1/2 cup (roughly 120g / 4.23oz) peas or green chick peas (frozen works perfectly)
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil (30ml / 1.01oz)
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce (30ml / 1.01oz)
Salt to taste
Coarsely Ground Black Pepper to taste
