Fried Quinoa Low Carb Vegetarian cheekyricho video recipe

1 part Quinoa to 2 parts water

3 eggs (Omit if Vegan)

1 onion

1 carrot

3 mushrooms

1 spring onion

handful of parsley

40g capsicum

1 cob of corn

1 zucchini

70g frozen peas

30g dark soy sauce (Gluten Free Variety)

30g oil

50g bean spouts

salt and pepper and a drizzle of sesame oil to taste
