1 part Quinoa to 2 parts water
3 eggs (Omit if Vegan)
1 spring onion
handful of parsley
1 cob of corn
70g frozen peas
30g dark soy sauce (Gluten Free Variety)
50g bean spouts
salt and pepper and a drizzle of sesame oil to taste
