This is a high protein low carb pancake recipe that I got from the Anabolic Cooking cookbook on page 163. It’s a healthy guilt free breakfast treat that you can enjoy anytime.
These are really easy to make and it’s almost pure protein which is the total opposite of traditional pan cake recipes which are all carbohydrates.
All you need it liquid egg whites, whole eggs, and whey protein powder. It’s very simple to make.
Mix the following together in a shaker bottle:
– 1 cup of liquid egg whites
– 2 whole eggs
– 2 scoops of whey protein powder
Pour the mixture into a non-stick frying pan and cook like normal pancakes.
This pan cake recipe contains
87 grams of protein
12 grams of fat
5 grams of carbs
This would be enough for 2 servings.
