Keto Magic Crackers! Low carb-high fat crackers for scooping appetizers with. Yummy!

Ketogenic crackers are here! I promised you a lovely recipe of high fat and low carb crackers and here they are. You can optionally add chia seeds to the recipe if you care more about protein. These are fabulous to keep you in ketosis or take you into ketosis. You can store these for ages and they won’t go bad. Dehydrate them in the oven the longest you can because moisture is what spoils food. Here are the ingredients:

Keto Magical Crackers:
1/2 cup of ground flaxseed meal.
1/2 cup of psyllium husks
1/4 cup of powdered parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp of good salt
1/2 tsp of ground pepper
2 tsps of garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
1 tsp of Thyme

Bake at 350F / 170C for about 45 minutes then flip and bake for another 15 to 20 min then turn off the oven and leave inside for 30 minutes.

Servings: 30
Each is:
2g of fat
2g of carbs
1g of protein
