Low Carb Cheesecake | 4 ingredients!

A quick and easy recipe for low carb cheese cake using only 4 ingredients! No refined sugars and a great texture when it’s done! YUM!

1 container of ricotta cheese (400g)
2 eggs
1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup (or honey)
1 cup of frozen berries (or other fruit)

Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes until it’s firm and the cheesecake releases from the sides of the container. Let cool and enjoy!
