In today episode of simple recipes, we’ll talk about a delicious low carb recipe – Apple_Walnut Salad.
Ingredients – A bunch of lettuce, 1-2 apples, a handful of walnuts, one cucumber, a handful of cherry tomatoes, two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, two tablespoons of olive oil, one tablespoon honey, salt and pepper for taste.
Method – Start by tearing the lettuce leaves to bite-sized pieces, slice the apples thinly, cut the cucumber into thin discs, leave the cherry tomatoes as is or you can cut them into half if you like. For the salad dressing, mix the apple cider vinegar with honey, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Keep aside. Toss the salad with the dressing in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper according to your taste and your salad is ready to be served!
