High Protein Low Carb Meal Prep

Easy to make High protein meal prep which consists of tasty jerk chicken and
Low carbs of sauté organic spinach and Spring Mix salad. This recipe is low in sodium but full of flavor.

The Nutrition Breakdown;
Protein per thigh, 42g Legs are 52g. I have 3 pieces in each meal, which is a total of 146 g of protein for each meal.

Egg white omelette – 6g per egg (3)
Homemade turkey sausage patty – 22g (2)

Carbs
½ cup Sautéed Spinach – 3g
Mix Green Salad w/ Vinaigrette – 10g

Jerk Marinate Recipe
1/2 cup lime juice
3 Tbsp Grace Jerk seasoning
1 Tbsp onion powder
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
½ cup of olive oil
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
