The BEST EVER Low Carb Snack – Mini Egg Muffins

These mini egg muffins are probably one of the best ever low carb snacks. Each egg muffin contains approximately 62 calories and less than 1g of carbs. I love them because they are super easy to make and they’re full of protein thanks to the eggs. .

Ingredients:
3 eggs
30g cheddar cheese
50g smoked salmon
red onion
2tbs milk
1 tsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
