Ketogenic breakfast recipe.
My favorite chicken seasoning from this video:
Ketogenic diet is a low carb high fat diet.
The recipe you see here has lots of fats, limited proteins and very low carbohydrates, just want you need for ketogenic diet.
Some people learned everything about their ketogenic diet, but they haven’t seen anyone actually made the keto meal.
I’ve noticed how little attention most video recipe tutorials pay to how actually make their meals.
This channel is dedicated to demonstrating step by step every recipe till your dish is done.
Big surface non-stick frying pan from the video:
Shredded cheese (cheddar, jack, mozzarella or any blend of those)
8 Oz cream cheese (softened in microwave for 1 minute on high)
cooked pulled chicken (or any precooked meat)
sour cream (optional)
any zero calories sweetener (optional)
Use hot sauce or some pickled veggies with your melted cheese chicken flat breads.
In this recipe we don’t use almond and coconut flour to keep your carbs intake close to zero, no matter how big your portions are.
Another Finger Food recipe: https://youtu.be/DvyUh4XqV0s
Keto Chips and guacamole: https://youtu.be/CEwgk4SUQ6s
Bulletproof coffee in self-stirring mug.
This breakfast has negligible amount of carbohydrates, considering the size of it. Share!
